SINGLES SUNDAY: Putting Social into the Social Sector
Are you single? Want to meet someone great while doing something good? Well, you’re not alone.
So, thanks to great popular demand, Big Sunday is launching its first annual Singles Sunday in 2008.
This year, you and other single people can sign up for Big Sunday projects that will be designated for “singles only” on either Saturday, May 3, or Sunday, May 4, and while you’re giving back, you might just meet your perfect match. Talk about everyone helping and everyone winning!
We think it’s a great way to find that special someone without all that weird first date stuff. And if lighting doesn’t strike, all’s not lost: You can still make new friends, have a blast on Big Sunday and give back to the community.
