Are you a beautician or manicurist? Join the manicuring and esthetician students who will be making up and manicuring the seniors from Topanga Park Assisted Living Home. This has been organized by the West Valley Occupational Center (thanks!) and it will be a special and memorable day of beauty. Professional or student manicurists and make-up artists only, please.
